After being forgotten for over a year, the next update is finally upon us. This update adds backgrounds, changes to UI, as well as many QOL improvements and bug fixes. The level editor received a lot of love too, and is in a significantly more functional state. A few smaller updates in the near future will further improve the level editor—removing some of the unused buttons and adding a much more intuitive system to save and load levels.

New Backgrounds

The new backgrounds add a lot of atmosphere and personality to the game, and is much better compared to the old, solid gray backgrounds of before. The main menu also received a refresh, take a look!

• Removed the random big spike in Wyoming
• Big brush, cam follow, and show trail toggles in the level editor are no longer broken
• Changed default part from spike to ground in the level editor
• Fixed camera being set to follow when entering level editor
• Fixed incorrect death height setting in level editor after playing campaign

Updates for the game should be more consistent in the future as I'll pretty much be taking over the project from the three of us that developed the legacy version. The legacy version will remain available to download.
